His career spans senior roles in operational transformation, people development, and the implementation of lean methodologies, supported by extensive experience running multi‑site operations and serving as a General Manager.



Most recently, he held the position of Operations Director at a leading household sachets and wipes manufacturer, overseeing engineering, production and supply chain. The strong alignment between this background and Hydrokem’s operational environment makes him exceptionally well‑placed to guide the business into its next phase of growth and innovation.
