HSE Manager

Since 2025, Kevin has served as the HSE Manager at Hydrokem, responsible for the continuing development of HSE Management Systems, (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 22301), with 30 years of experience developed through local, regional, and national HSE roles, Kevin brings a diverse knowledge in HSE terms (Strategic management, Building & maintaining regulatory relationships, Employee training, Crisis management & recovery and Behavioural safety & cultural change).



His expertise spans a wide range of industries including Food, Paper, Construction/FM, Waste Management. Passionate about delivering HSE excellence that can positively influence all business performance through continuous improvement with a view to promoting ‘Getting it right first time’. Kevin values team working to provide lasting change that is recognised by both internal and external stakeholders.
