Product Introduction Manager

Jess Connor is the New Product Introduction Manager at Hydrokem, having joined the company in 2020 as a Product Development Chemist. Since then, she has progressed into her current role, where she oversees the seamless integration of new products into Hydrokem’s operations.

She holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Manufacture and Quality Control, a qualification that has proven instrumental in navigating the complexities of product introduction. Jess thrives on the dynamic challenges her role presents and finds great satisfaction in seeing new formulations successfully transition to full-scale production.
